A DNA double helix dissolving into digital circuit lines, representing science translated into web architecture
Where molecular science meets digital craft, the double helix translated into web architecture.

CodonForge is a PhD-led life sciences web agency that designs and builds science-accurate websites for Seed and Series A biotech startups. Founded by Nader Nourizad, a biotechnologist with hands-on diagnostics R&D experience, CodonForge builds sites where the science is written correctly, the claims hold up to a technical reader, and the commercial logic is visible without diluting the mechanism.

I started CodonForge because I kept seeing the same thing: biotech companies with real, defensible science getting described as if they sold supplements. Not because the founders did not understand what they had built, but because the people writing and designing for them had never worked in a lab and could not tell a mechanism of action from a marketing headline. That gap costs founders more than aesthetics. It costs them credibility in the room where funding decisions get made.

I know that room. I have raised money for my own companies, and I know how hard it is. You are asking people to believe in science they cannot run themselves, and every vague sentence on your website gives them a reason to pass. A biotech site has to convince two audiences at once: the investor deciding whether your science is fundable, and the scientist that investor calls to check whether your claims hold up. Get the science wrong by one degree and you lose both. I help founders tell the big-picture story of what they are building without softening the science that makes it defensible.

I have a PhD in Biotechnology. I have spent years developing molecular diagnostics platforms: designing multiplexed PCR assays, running high-resolution melt experiments, and building the software pipelines that interpret the output. I have been at the bench when something works for the first time, and at the laptop when you have to explain to a collaborator what it means. I know what a real result looks like and how to describe it so a skeptical reader trusts you.

I have also brought commercial enzyme kits to market, so I know what it takes to turn bench science into a product people actually buy, and I am building my own diagnostics software now. That commercial engineering discipline is why a website is not a brochure to me. It runs on a server, it has to load on a phone in a conference hallway, and it has to hold up when you hire someone six months from now who was not part of the original build. The technical quality of the site is part of what you are paying for.

CodonForge takes on a small number of clients at a time. That is not a scarcity tactic. It is the only way to do the work correctly. When I am writing the technology page for your site, I am reading your papers, your patents, and your pitch deck, and I am thinking about how to present your assay to a molecular biologist who has seen a hundred of them and will spot a vague claim in the second sentence, and how to frame the same work so an investor sees why it matters. That takes time. I would rather do it well for fewer people than fast for more.

If your science is real, your site should say so exactly, and it should make the people with capital believe it. That is what CodonForge is for.
